Booking
How do I book an appointment?
Book online any time on our Book online page: choose your treatment, a day and a time. You can also call us on 07549 671505.
Will my booking be confirmed?
Yes. We email you as soon as we receive your booking, and again when we confirm it. If anything needs changing we'll get in touch.
Can I cancel or change my appointment?
Yes, up to 24 hours before. Use the link in your booking email to cancel online, or call us on 07549 671505. To change the time, cancel and book a new one, or just give us a call.
Payments & deposits
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. Book online and pay in the salon after your treatment.
Do you have any offers?
When we have an offer it's on our Offers page, and the offer price is used automatically when you book a treatment on an offer day.
Gift vouchers
How do gift vouchers work?
Ask us in the salon or call 07549 671505. Vouchers can be used for any treatment for 12 months.
Can I use part of a voucher?
Yes. We take off what you spend, and the rest stays on the voucher for next time, until it expires.
How do I book with a gift voucher?
Book online as usual and enter your voucher code: no deposit is needed. Please bring the code with you on the day.

What products do you use?
Only premium products from Italy, chosen for their quality, gentle care for your skin and nails, and colour that lasts.
Which pedicure should I choose?
A classic pedicure includes a soak, nail shaping, cuticle care, hard skin removal and polish. Semi-permanent adds long-lasting colour. The SPA pedicure is the full treat, with a scrub, mask and relaxing massage. Not sure? Call us on 07549 671505 and we'll help.
How long do treatments take?
Classic pedicure: about 45 min; Semi-permanent pedicure: about 1 h; SPA pedicure: about 1 h 15 min; Nail art: about 15 min; French: about 15 min; Removal: about 20 min. Prices and details are on our Services & prices page.
Can you remove semi-permanent colour?
Yes. Book a removal: we take it off gently without damaging your nails. You can book it on its own or before a new pedicure.
